| Reservation "on request" reservation - enables receiving information on the availability of rooms in a given term and/or making a guaranteed and unguaranteed reservation. To make a reservation, you need to fill in the enclosed form.
The on-line reservation enables reservation of hotel rooms via the Internet. You need to fill in the form and submit your credit card number. The transaction is highly safe. A reservation prepayment is withdrawn from the card.

THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVIDING HOTEL SERVICES:
1. The hotel day begins at 12 p.m. and ends at 12 p.m. the following day.
2. Non-guaranteed reservations are subject to automatic 6 p.m. cancellation on the date of the planned arrival.
3. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card are held until 5 a.m. the following day.
4. If a guest holding a guaranteed reservation does not arrive, Prezydencki Hotel shall be entitled to charge them for the first hotel day. |
